Aap raat ko jaldi so jaoge to subh jaldi uth jaoge aur subh jaldi uthkar Apne bistar chodane par Apni sareer ko sirf ek hour dekar vyayam (exersice) krne se Aapki body me ek alag tarah se energy boost kregi aur Aapka man apne kaamo me lga rahega aur kaam ko ache man se kroge aur pura kroge .

Subh subh Aap exercise karke aur fir bath krke acha Nasta (calories ) aur Naste ke sath ek gilas juise pee le is Aapki body me energy bharpur matra me rahegi aur thakan nahi hogi. Naste me Energy wala hi khana chahiye aur pet bhar kar khana hai. dopahar me khane me lassi lena chahiye aur khana khane ke bad thode der Aaram krna chahiye par sona nahi chahiye.

Shyam ko khana bikul kam khana chahiye aur khanne ke sath ek gilas dhoodh peena chahiye aur ek baat aur jo bahut jaruri hai raat khana shyam ko jaldi kha lena chahiye aur khana khane ke bad kam se kam 150-200 mtr pedal chalna chahiye jis se Aapka khana Aaram se pach jayega

Raat ko sone ke time phone ko kam se kam 2-3 feet door rakhe jis se uska rediasion Aapke uppar efect na pade aur Aap ek achi Nind ka Aanad utha sake. Aur ha ek baat yaha batana chahunga main ki Aapne pure din me kya kya kiya uska ek bar chintan jarur krna chahiye taki Aap din me kya bura kya acha kiya uska manan kr sake aur bhavishye me ache Nirnaye le sakne ki kabiliyat pa sake aur apne bhavishye ko ek achi disha de sake.
